Corporate Master Terms & Conditions of Service
These Master Terms and Conditions of Service govern the engagement between Triloknath
Immigration Services and corporate employers, enterprise clients, business
sponsors, and hiring organizations. Please review these terms carefully before entering
into recruitment mandates, Statements of Work (SOW), or workforce mobility agreements.
By engaging with this portal or entering into a staffing partnership with Triloknath
Immigration Services, you warrant and represent that you are acting on behalf of a
legally registered business, corporation, or employer organization.
These terms govern all B2B recruitment mandates, international candidate evaluations,
trade testing, immigration compliance advisory, and work permit processing services
executed across Schengen and global corridors.

Strict B2B Mandate — No Individual Job Seekers: Triloknath
Immigration Services is an enterprise staffing consultancy. We do not provide retail
employment services to individual job applicants, nor do we collect recruitment fees
from candidates. Individual job seekers are strictly prohibited from submitting
application forms on this portal.
Triloknath Immigration Services grants authorized corporate employers a limited,
revocable, non-exclusive license to review candidate dossiers, trade test video
recordings, medical assessments, and skill verification reports solely for internal
hiring evaluation.
Under this corporate license, employers and clients agree NOT to:
- Disclose, transfer, or resell candidate profiles to third-party recruitment agencies
or unauthorized affiliates;
- Circumvent Triloknath Immigration Services by contacting candidates directly outside
agreed recruitment channels during active mandates;
- Scrape, duplicate, or reverse-engineer our candidate assessment systems or trade
testing frameworks;
- Remove proprietary watermarks, compliance badges, or identification metadata from
candidate verification documents; or
- Store candidate personal data beyond the contractually agreed evaluation period in
violation of GDPR and DPDP Act standards.

Breach of candidate confidentiality or direct client circumvention constitutes an
immediate material breach of contract, resulting in termination of service and
liquidated damages as specified in your Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Triloknath Immigration Services operates with rigorous international recruitment quality
controls. All candidate shortlists undergo comprehensive background checks, trade skill
testing, and language readiness verification.
While we guarantee the authenticity of candidate credentials and immigration file
preparations, final decisions regarding entry visas, work authorizations, and biometric
approvals remain at the sole statutory discretion of respective national governments and
Schengen immigration authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law, Triloknath Immigration
Services shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages resulting from consular processing delays, sovereign regulatory shifts, or force
majeure events affecting international air travel or borders.

Liability Cap: Our aggregate financial liability arising under any
recruitment mandate or Statement of Work (SOW) shall be capped at the total
professional service fees received by Triloknath Immigration Services under the
specific placement in question.
We provide all corporate partners with a formal Candidate Guarantee & Replacement
SLA. If a deployed candidate fails to perform according to the agreed job
description during their probationary window (standard 90 days), Triloknath Immigration
Services provides a qualified replacement at zero additional sourcing fee.
Employers may update technical job descriptions and recruitment quotas by notifying their
Key Account Manager in writing, whereupon updated project timelines and candidate
pipelines will be issued promptly.

Our website and client dashboards contain references to official government portals,
European labour ministries, foreign embassies, and biometric verification centers.
These references are maintained for client operational convenience. Triloknath
Immigration Services is an independent international recruitment firm and does not own
or operate foreign governmental portals.

All statutory government visa fees, embassy consular charges, and residence permit
taxes remain sovereign government levies subject to official diplomatic rate
schedules.
Triloknath Immigration Services reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service to
reflect shifts in international immigration law, labor quota regulations, or enterprise
security protocols.
Active corporate clients with executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) will receive
formal written notification of statutory or operational updates 30 days prior to
implementation.

Executed client contracts, specific pricing schedules, and custom SLAs take
precedence over general website terms in the event of any specific contractual
conflict.
These terms and all international corporate recruitment contracts shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
For operations and recruitment execution originating in the South Asian and Indian
subcontinent regions, applicable statutes under Indian Corporate Law shall govern
contractual performance.
🏛️ International Arbitration Seat: Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)
All candidate screening algorithms, trade testing methodologies, video interview modules,
and brand assets displayed on this portal remain the exclusive intellectual property of
Triloknath Immigration Services.
Corporate clients are granted access strictly for candidate evaluation purposes.
Reproduction, white-labeling, or re-syndication of our recruitment content without
express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
